Products once sold are not refundable. Only in the case that on receipt in case there is any damage and the same is returned to us, any charges towards purchase of the product would be reversed. The same must be reported to the courier person or within 24 hours of accepting the delivery so a return and refund may be arranged.

In case the products is not what you have purchased you are entitled to return it for a replacement within 2 days of receiving the erroneous products. Same must be reported to us via our contact email customercare@natures-digest.com or through our Contact Us form on our Contact Us page.

All other cases where goods and products as purchased have been received by you are not returnable.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We use outside reputable shipping companies to ship orders (DTDC, Delhivery, EKart, Amazon, Professional, DHL, Trackon, etc.), and a credit card processing company (RazorPay) to bill users for goods and services.

From the time of placing the order it’s shipment is dispatched in 2-3 business days from our warehouse. We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

From dispatch to delivery of the shipment usually takes 2-7 day working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually. If by any reason your shipment is taking longer than usual, you can contact our logistics team from Morning 10:00 am to 08:00 pm in evening and we will be happy to assist you.

Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. So, we suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.

We, under any circumstances, don’t entertain or accept any cancellation once we dispatch the order from our side from our fulfilment centre.
